On Saturday, 30 May 2026, Bar.Yard welcomes Tawan, Senior Bartender from Brine in Chiang Mai, and Deedo, Founder and Owner of The Closet Cocktail Bar in Ubon Ratchathani, for a one-night-only guest shift. Bringing together distinct regional influences and inventive cocktail craftsmanship, the duo will serve a line-up of playful, flavour-forward creations designed for a lively night above the city.

Perched on the 40th floor of Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, this rooftop bar in Bangkok takes its energy straight from the city below – bold interiors woven with the Hornbill, Bird of Paradise, Serpent and Sun, and a kitchen led by Peruvian chef Julio César Concha Muñoz that fuses Pan-Latin technique with Thai ingredients and Nikkei sensibility. The BDSM (Best Damn Spicy Margarita) leads with Altos Plata tequila, pomegranate, goji berry and smoked chipotle, finished with mezcal and a lime mist for aromatic punch. Do You Dare pairs Acholado pisco and Campari with a homemade bell pepper and raspberry cordial for something cheekier, and Mamuang Suk leans into Thai-Latin comfort with cachaça, spiced falernum, homemade mango cordial, tamarind and a rich coconut-corn blend.
For beer lovers, the craft selection spans local Thai brews and international labels, with Heaps Normal’s non-alcoholic range (Quiet XPA, Half Day Hazy, Another Lager) and Corona Cero sitting alongside for those pacing themselves. The Zero Proof cocktail menu earns its own spotlight – the Reversed Sunrise and the Guava Crush are genuinely worth ordering, alcohol or not. Non-alcoholic wines from Zero Riesling and Noughty are available by the bottle for a more celebratory zero-proof moment.
