“Stock.Room（ストックルーム）はいつも料理で賑わいを見せています。新鮮な食料品の買い物をしたり、6種類のキッチンからの素晴らしい食事（またはお持ち帰り）を楽しんだり、あるいはシェフになって自分のショーキッチンでもてなすことができたりなど、活気に満ちた食料品店です。料理教室も主催しており、参加してみるのもおすすめです。

「農場から食卓へ」をモットーに、地元で生産・調達された食材を使用し、洗練されたストリートイートが味わえます。このカジュアルで活気あふれる食料品店には、独自のコーヒーロースタリーとジューサー、ベーカリー、ブッチャー（肉屋）、グリル、パスタキッチン、ウェットグローサリールーム、タイ料理の「ポップアップ」キッチン、クッキングスタジオスタイルでシェフとミクソロジストがご一緒するプライベートダイニングルームがあります。
