Ms.Jigger is inspired by a character and a simple philosophy. The character is Ms.Jigger herself, a fictitious femme fatale with a penchant for pasta, travel, and la dolce vita, whose story threads through every detail of the restaurant, from the fixtures to the wine menu. The conviction is that Italian dining, done properly, does not need to be complicated. It needs the right product, the right technique and enough time at the table to enjoy both.
